Throughout his career, Vyvian has achieved nearly $1 billion in sales and represented clients in record-breaking deals in Guyana. For over a decade, he led the top-ranked residential real estate sales team in Guyana. In September 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and uncertain market conditions, Vyvian chose to establish his own consulting firm.
